Carlina is 6 months today! I can't believe that 6 months has flown by so quicly. I have had so much fun getting to know her and see her mind work and personality flourish. She is quite a character and is such a blessing in our lives. This photo is from my photo shoot with Auntie Jessie. She does such an awesome job taking photos. Some new things Carlina is doing now are sitting up with a few spills, just about getting to the sitting position on her own and taking her first crawls. Carlina has also started eating rice cereal today. She was interested in the spoon, but it seemed as if most of the cereal dripped down her mouth to her neck. Overall, she seemed to enjoy the high chair and trying something new. Carlina has also started feeling overwhelmed with new people and takes a while to warm up to them. She is quite the Momma's baby now and doesn't like it when anyone leaves her in a room alone. We have been looking at daycare centers, in home daycares and babysitters lately. We have met many great people and think we found the perfect place for Carlina. The time is coming soon where I will have to leave for work; it is going to so hard:( Some of Carlina's likes right now are being on her own crawling and playing, experiencing new items to touch, bike and stroller rides outside, dogs, phones/remotes, her picture taken, kisses from Brock and her nukkers. She is right on track and has her 6 month appointment August 9th.
