Memorable Firsts- 6 weeks

This is Carlina at 1 1/2 weeks old. The following two pictures are of Frank and I around that age. First is me, Leah and then there is Frank. Who do you think Carlina looks like?

Ther have been many firsts these last couple weeks. Carlina has been doing very well. She started sleeping in her crib, taking a bottle and going for walks in her stroller. The first few nights in the crib were rough, but we stuck through it and she is now sleeping 5+ hours at night. Lucky us!! Carlina loves to suck and when she doesn't have her pacifier, she finds her thumb. She has also started taking a bottle at 3 weeks. We give her a bottle once before bed around 7 or 8. She takes at least 6 ounces- growing girl. At her last appointment, 2 weeks ago, Carlina weighed 9.14lbs and grew to be 22 inches. No worries there.

I just had my 6 week check-up today. Everything is looking great and I am now off all restrictions!! YEA

Carlina loves being in the baby carrier. Thanks everyone. She usually crabs at first, but then enjoys her time and falls asleep when moving. I can actually get some things done around the house now.

Cuda's came over to visit for the day. Watched the hockey game and had dinner. Great having visitors.

Went home while Daddy was at State Wrestling. Grandma's came over for dinner and to see Carlina.

Enjoying more and more of her activity mat. She also likes to have tummy time.

On 2/20, we went to Cayle's 1st Birthday Party. He had a cow theme party and Carlina dressed up both in cute dress and as a cow!

We went to visit Grams at work for everyone to meet Carlina. Ange met us there and we went out to eat at Olive Garden for lunch. All you can eat salad, soup and breadsticks, yumm!

We went to Sherry and Dan's for Anita's 95th Birthday. How amazing is she!

Went to visit Zuba's during a card party. She looks great in your arms!

Bonnie and Mark came to visit. Thanks for making the trip down to meet Carlina.

Went to visit work and met my co-workers. She looks cozy in your arms.
